So, the main drain of the house runs from the upstairs outside to the downstairs. It froze solid and the sink and the tub in the upstairs bathtub had very tiny drips. So the weak point was around the seal of the toilet in that bathtub and all the water drained through the bathroom (underneath the toilet) through the kitchen floor (filling the kitchen with water) and through the kitchen floor filling the back basement with water!

Isn't this awesome!

So needless to say we are pulling it off the market doing some major overhauls and will put it back on the market in a month or two.
