Here is an example of our Ghetto - Fabulous realtor:
He called Kevin after the whole water fiasco and said that we got a bid on the house!
The house is on the market for $234,900. The bid is for $180,000.
Kevin said forget it, NO!
The realtor said: Let's just counter offer for $240,000! WTF!!!!!
This guy is seriously STUPID. This is the second time that he has spoken with us and has not known how much HE PUT OUR HOUSE ON THE MARKET FOR.
I seriously hate stupid people. Thank God we are not under contract with this guy.
