Another UPDATE: We did NOT get the house. Apparently the owners received a bid for $265K and accepted it. We are not heartbroken.
The house that we on is for a primary residence. We would renovate, sell our current house, and then move into the new house.
The owners have until midnight tonight to make a decision. We haven't heard anything yet, just that they got the bid.
