Applebee's SUCKS
Mayson and Jules were hanging out last night and us parents got hungry so we called Applebee's to order some takeout. Kevin and I ordered veggie burgers and were promptly told that they don't have veggie burgers, weird, but okay. We then told Nicole to order us cheese quesadillas instead. She even added, no chicken or bacon in them please.
So we pick up the food bring it home and I hear Mike go "Shhh" and I said "oh, I know there's chicken and bacon in that." There was no chicken but it was filled with bacon. Luckily, our child in not vegetarian so I traded my pig filled quesadilla with Mayson's grilled cheese.
What kind of restaurant doesn't have a freakin' veggie burger? And what kind of restaurant puts bacon in EVERYTHING?

all of those chain restaurants are like that. this morning we went to IHOP with a few friends... So Kim is allergic to dairy, and they couldn't even make a damn omelette without buttermilk pancake batter in it, oh but you can order sunny side up eggs and that won't come with batter. so she orders a fried egg, tells them over and over that she's allergic to dairy... and what's on her toast? some kind of butter thing. we should have went to Sabrina's.

I never heard of quesadillas with bacon. Odd! Glad you were able to swap them with Mayson.
