Oh Festivus, Oh Festivus.........

I must admit that last year I was much more organized for when people would ask me the dreaded, "What do you want for Christmas?" question. And that really worked out for me. It was certainly a great Festivus.

I somehow have slacked this year. I think, well a Nintendo Wii would be cool, but why? Will I play it? Will I enjoy it? When will I have time to play it? Is our house too small for it?

I think, a Nintendo DS Lite would be cool but then I ask myself all the same questions as I did the Wii, except the small house part.

I think, I would like someone to come and install trim on my kitchen window and finish the downstairs bathroom and I don't want to be home when it's done and I certainly don't want to know that it's happening or have to make any decisions about it, except paint color of course, oh, and I don't want Kevin to have to spend family time doing it.

I think a new Nikon Coolpix 8.1MP Digital Camera with a 3" LCD screen, but then I think why? I have a Nikon D50, but I don't like carrying that around the streets of Philadelphia but is it worth it to spend almost $300 on ANOTHER digital camera??? who knows???

I think, a new MacBook laptop would be super sweet and since I have a severe internet addiction I would certainly use it but that's pretty pricey....... too pricey to ask as a Festivus gift.

I think, a third floor would be real nice. We could definitely use the room and then we could have TWO Festivus trees! But then I think WHO is going to get us that? And HOW would someone get us that?

Then, I found presents like these:

Lands' End
Women's Suede Moc Slippers
Color: Dark Charcoal Size: 10
Price: $19.50

But then I worry that if someone buys them for me I certainly hope that they visit dealcoupon.com to see if there are any landsend.com coupons they can use and I REALLY hope that they use eBates.com so they can get 3% cash back on their purchases.

Then I think well, if I get gift cards then I can be in control of what I get and how much I pay for it. That way I don't have to worry about how much money they spent versus how much money I could have saved.

Okay, that's it for now. Here are some Kevin Quotes about this post:
"Buddy stop, you're such a loser."
"Stop typing, you're making me tired."
"No one wants to hear you're rant."

The End

Since when did making out your Xmas list cause such complex problems?

I just pictured you typing and it made me tired! It's true! Of course I was pretty tired to begin with.

1) You have been using the word Festivus may to much over the past couple days.

2) That's why Kevin and I get along so well cause his quotes are fitting for the occasion. Let her know you mean business Kev

3) Go with the PSP, you can watch movies on your 3rd floor next to your 2nd Xmas tree while your new Nikon uploads all of its photos to your new MacBook Pro.

4) Add a Hannukah as opposed to the 2nd Xmas tree.. They're much more practical
