I know that the AAP doesn't recommend any TV for children under 2, however, I feel that educational TV is an exception to the rule. So on Friday night when daddy was out drinkin' and mommy was really really tired I let Mayson watch her first DVD. It's called Sign Time My First Words. She LOVED it! Here is some video of her watching TV in her super stylish TV chair.

Too cute!!
In order for you all to communicate you and Kevin are going to have to learn to "sign" too.
Harper learned so quickly that Dan & Janet had to take a crash course to keep up with her. It's a "good thing".
We need a video every day and they could be a lot longer too. Or, just set up a video camera and wecould watch whenever the urge strikes. You know, like Nick and Jessica.
