The Weigh In

Today we had an appointment at the pediatrician at 9:20am. We waited for an hour and then were finally called to be seen! She weighed in at 7 lbs 1 oz. So she gained 6 ounces in 7 days! Not too shabby. But we have to go back on Tuesday for yet another weigh in, yuck!

The Great Wall of China Adoption Agency
In the waiting room of the doctor's there was a grandma sitting there waiting for her daughter and granddaughter to be done with their appointment. She started telling someone else that her daughter had just adopted a baby from China. I interrupted and told her that my brother and sister in law just did the same thing. She told me that they had come back three weeks ago. So Dan and Janet were in China at the same time getting their baby! There adoption agency was call The Great Wall of China. I thought that was so crazy to meet someone else that was doing the same thing at the same time!

THE NURSE
A little background: When I was in the hospital I had this HORRIBLE nurse who said TONS of horrible things to me.

I just heard from my friend Nicole that a nurse from the 4th floor Maternity was just FIRED due to too many patient complaints about her. We are waiting to hear the name of the nurse that was fired. I wouldn't be surprised if it was her. We found this info out from a Maternity nurse on the 3rd floor (she's friends with Nicole), she asked Nicole if I had told my Doctor that I was unhappy with this nurse, which I did. She said that when a patient complains to him he ALWAYS goes right to that nurse and takes them aside and reprimands them. Which I figured he did because after I told him the next time I saw her she was completely different. I can't wait to find out if it was her...............
