The doctor's appointment on Friday was good. I heard the baby's heartbeart. They took blood to test for spina bifida, down syndrome, and some other stuff. So if they don't call by Wednesday then all is well. On March 27th we will hopefully find out the sex of the baby.

I changed my baby registries to just one registry. It's a link on this blog. I have all the different registries under myregistry.com now. This way I can put items on my registry even if they are not on the internet. Or I can shop for deals on certain things I want and list the cheaper items on my registry.

My mom and I went to Babies R Us today because I wanted to try out the travel system I picked out. Well it was too big, so I changed the travel system to a smaller one that is very easy to maneuver. For those of you who don't know what a travel system is: It's a stroller that comes with an infant car seat and a car seat base. This way you can take the sleeping baby in the car seat out of the car and place both in the stroller. The carseat fits into the stroller in a backwards position so you can look at the baby while strolling. The base of the car seat stays securely fastened in the car and the car seat fits right back in, no problem. All this without waking the baby, remember NEVER wake a sleeping baby! I also added a different crib to the registry because the Ikea crib we originally picked out is not available at our ikea so we will not be able to see it and I think it was just too blah.

Kevin arrived in Florida a-ok, minus a $6000 flat screen monitor that was probably stolen by a wonderful airport employee. But he said that it was the most expensive item they brought but one that they needed the least. Thank goodness he's not responsible for that bill.
